“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
Marcus Tullius Cicero
In June 2016 we had a fake referendum
In June 2016 we had a fake referendum on our membership of the EU. Fake because it was not intended that the leave side would win but the Conservatives had to do something as the mantle of deceit covering the illegality of our membership of the EU was wearing thin. In June of this year we are to have a fake general election. Fake because a general election is supposed to be about the people voting for a political party to form a government to represent and uphold their political and social aspirations in Parliament which in truth of course never happens. Once in government the politicians simply dictate whatever suits their purpose, thus a soviet style totalitarian elected dictatorship rules according to its chosen self interest.
Once upon a time there was left and right, government and opposition, but that all ended when in the 1960s a political class cartel staged a political coup in Parliament and in defiance of constitutional constraint, the law of the land, the Vienna Convention on Treaties, and the UN Convention on Human Rights, not to mention Parliament’s sworn oath of allegiance to the monarch and through the monarch to the British people, in 1972 surrendered the nation’s sovereignty to a foreign power along with the supremacy of the Crown.
Such was the arrogance of the new political class it cared not a jot that as Parliament drew its legitimacy from the Crown it effectively destroyed its own legitimacy, which rendered Parliament illegitimate and therefore an unlawful assembly. But why should it care? It had become after all a mere administration for an unelected, unaccountable, unassailable foreign political power that rules by the code Napoleon corpus juris dictate, the very antitheses of our democratic principle. With the British people successfully subjugated, Parliament had created itself a form of ‘puppet junta’. Despite the nation’s subjugation, some Parliamentarians would arrogantly speak of the ‘sovereignty’ of Parliament despite sovereignty meaning complete and absolute self autonomy. In truth of course the British people remained sovereign but by its action Parliament had separated itself from the nation and become a separate entity, a foreign citadel at the heart of the nation, administering and gathering taxes for its foreign masters. There can be but one sovereignty and that rests with the British people who lawfully hold the ultimate and absolute authority in the land, as demonstrated and upheld in a jury trial.
As the Roman leaders knew only too well, all that is needed to dumb down the mass is to limit standards of education and ensure a good supply of cake and circuses. By chance we now have continued falling standards in literacy and numeracy but plenty of television soaps, football and supermarkets full of low priced food. Then of course, due to politically cultivated terrorist activity and increased crime in general, which has become almost beyond the control of our much reduced police forces, the officers of which are now armed to the teeth, a level of fear is maintained throughout assisted by a politicised judiciary so often accused of metering out greater punishment to the victims of crime than it does to the perpetrators, thus minimising the fear of justified civil unrest, mass insurrection or lawful rebellion.
Never the less come June the British electorate will be yet again be conned into going through the charade of a general election to decide which party will form a government, but of course governance is no longer in their hands as the EU dictatorship can, under the auspices, terms and conditions of the EU treaties, overturn any decision our politicians make thus absolving them from all responsibilities whilst they enjoy their inflated salaries, expenses and pensions on a scale most people could only dream of.
Let us take a look at the leading parties in this sinister game of political smoke and mirrors. The LibLabCon, starting with the Conservative and Unionist Party, a party not known for conserving anything not even our national sovereignty. As for Unionist it couldn’t wait to break our country up into regions of the new Reich including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in accord with the Europaisch Whirtshaftsgemeinschaft, (European Economic Community) drawn up by Hermann Goering in 1938 and which became the blueprint for the Treaty of Rome.
Despite questionable protestations from some quarters the Conservatives remain out and out Europhiles. Prior to the referendum PM Cameron stated that should the country vote to leave we would be out the next day, and so we should, as we have never lawfully been in. Clearly he had to go and was replaced by Theresa May who immediately set out to keep us in by engaging EU Article 50 which according to our Constitution has no jurisdiction or authority in this Realm what so ever.
Then she spoke of her plan to repeal the European Communities Act 1972, thus attempting to give it the status of a lawful statute despite it being treasonously passed by Parliament and therefore subject to the Treason Act 1351 and the Treason Felony Act 1848 as it ‘imagined the death of the monarch’, and is therefore ultra vires and should be struck from the statute book; non laws cannot be repealed. By its totally dishonest presentation, the act was also in contravention of the Vienna Convention on Treaties. Now the Conservatives plan, again in defiance of constitutional constraint, to incorporate all EU law into British law, so anyone who voted to return to our democratic system of law will be cheated yet again.
PM May has now announced that we are to remain under EU Human Rights law and her intention to introduce a bill of rights regardless of the fact that we already have one, but of course she dare not mention that because her party treasonously ignored it when they placed the British people under foreign dictate, and so deposed the monarch, thus reducing the monarchy to a meaningless charade. There can be no sovereign monarch in a nation which is no longer sovereign and there is no provision in the European Treaties for a constitutional monarchy, hence the Queen being reduced to a mere citizen. No one can be both monarch and citizen at the same time.
Our existing Bill of Rights 1689 which is extant law clearly states:
“no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm.”
We also have as extant law The Act of Supremacy 1559:
“…all usurped and foreign power and authority…may forever be clearly extinguished, and never used or obeyed in this realm…no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate…shall at any time after the last day of this session of Parliament, use, enjoy or exercise any manner of power, jurisdiction, superiority, authority, pre-eminence or privilege…within this realm, but that henceforth the same shall be clearly abolished out of this realm for ever.”
All totally ignored by our fake Parliament
Clearly Parliament being an unlawful assembly has much to fear from a complete break from the EU and with that understanding is attempting to create an allusion of independence whilst covertly maintaining the subjugation of the British people.
As a non alternative there is the Labour Party, not a very happy party it seems but it still claims to be the working man’s party despite having in the region of dozen millionaires in the shadow cabinet, what would Keir Hardie have made of that? Not to mention our work force being subjugated to a foreign political imperialism, as Old Labour statesmen such as Tony Benn and Michael Foot used to point out.
Some might just consider voting for the LibDems, a party which is adamant we should remain under unelected foreign rule, which is hardly liberal or indeed democratic to most people’s understanding.
Last but not least is the UKIP, arguably a one man one issue party but unfortunately like the LibLabCon it never mentions let alone upholds all that we are as a nation state as expressed, stated and upheld in our 1200 year old common law Constitution which transcends all statute law. But then the Party could hardly do so with its shameless desire to have its nose in the Brussels trough, all on our behalf of course.
It would seem that both Parliament and the people have lost sight of the fact that this country is not about Parliament and the people, it is only about the people and their elected monarch, Parliament being no more than a very temporary administration and legislature with no powers of its own, and mounted by the monarch on the people’s behalf to whom it is subordinate by its oath of allegiance to the monarch; in other words what the Americans would term, the ‘hired hand’.
According to our law, only the monarch can mount and dissolve a Parliament on the people’s behalf in accord with the contractual obligations of the Coronation Oath and which the monarch can do at his or her discretion at any time during the life of a Parliament, thus enabling the monarch to dismiss a despotic Parliament in the national interest, and our wise forbears didn’t end there. The Bill of Rights 1689 also made the monarch commander in chief of the nation’s armed forces entirely independent of Parliament and accountable only to the monarch by oath of allegiance, thus empowering the monarch and the people with the physical force to defend the realm both from without and within if needs be.
All of this is upheld in the people’s common law constitution but clearly no matter what party wins the forthcoming election, Parliament having spent over half a century burying our constitution along with our common law rights and liberties, there is no chance of any true about turns or patriotic political leanings in the foreseeable future.
As things presently stand, this once great nation is like a ship on a very stormy sea, the captain has abandoned the helm and the crew are stealing the cargo and robbing the passengers as the threatening rocks loom ever closer.

I was engaged by a letter published in yesterday’s Daily Mail, a newspaper I do not trust, or any national for that matter, all now corrupted:
“The election is designed to temper expectations, whatever the result. Looking at the things the majority of us voted for.
New passports: the EU will insist they are endorsed with its logo.
No money going to Brussels: scuppered and conceded.
No more migrants: unattainable, bogged down in talk of endless years of immigration for “vital industries”.
Fishing rights restored: impossible – French and Spanish trawler men have, in effect, already secured fifty-year leases under the London Agreement.
Gibraltar safe: the Spanish have already won rights of access and interference.
Sadly, the Leave I voted for was never on offer.”

A small indication, but at least some people are waking up.
With All Best Wishes, Bob.
